Michael Gallagher

Michael Gallagher currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Clementine Paper, Inc., a position held since May 2023. Prior to this role, Michael was self-employed from August 2015 to May 2023, providing CFO, Controller, and Finance Director services for small to medium-sized companies, focusing on financial projections, compliance, and strategic planning. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Financial Reporting & Accounting Services at RAND Corporation from December 2005 to August 2015, where significant improvements in year-end close processes and audit results were achieved. Additionally, Michael held consulting roles at Resources Global and Ernst & Young, and began a career in the US Navy as a Naval Officer. Michael holds a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
