Lynette Cardwell, MBA, has an extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Lynette currently serves as an International Business Developer at Clements Worldwide, specializing in cross-border global solutions for individuals, partners, and companies. Lynette has deep expertise in designing customized solutions for various entities such as the Foreign Service community, NGO's, International Schools, diplomats, and professionals abroad. Prior to their current role, they worked as a Business Insurance Account Manager at Marsh & McLennan Agency - Mid-Atlantic, the top insurance broker in the world. Lynette also has experience as a Territory Sales Manager at Church Mutual Insurance Company where they were responsible for attaining profit, growth, and producer recruitment and management goals. Lynette has further held leadership positions as an Assistant Vice President and Regional Marketing Officer at Vela Insurance Services, a Zonal Vice President at The Navigators Group, and a National Broker Relationship Leader at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. Lynette has also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at both Zurich North America and AIG.
