Charles "Chas" Williams has extensive experience in social media strategy and digital content creation, currently serving as the Executive Director of Social Media at Clemson University, where responsibilities include leading social media strategies for both the university and President Jim Clements. In addition, Williams focuses on improving diversity through targeted social media recruitment. As an Adjunct Lecturer at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business, Williams teaches Graphic Communications. Since 2018, Williams has owned and operated Williams Media, LLC, specializing in videography for events and small businesses with a focus on social media marketing. Williams also has a background in equipment management at Clemson and a summer internship with the Greenville Drive, providing a comprehensive understanding of sports operations. Williams holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development with an emphasis on Athletic Leadership and two Bachelor’s degrees in Financial Management from Clemson University.
