Christopher Brown

Christopher Brown is an experienced information security professional with a strong background in IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity. Currently serving as the Director of Information Security Assurance at Clemson University, Christopher develops IT security policies, performs risk assessments, and ensures compliance with various regulatory standards including GLBA and HIPAA. Previously, as the Director of Security Risk Management, Christopher managed vendor risk, implemented monitoring platforms, and coordinated with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. Prior roles include managing a global cybersecurity team at NCR Corporation and serving as an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert at Ausley Associates, as well as holding various intelligence positions in the United States Air Force. Christopher holds an MBA in Business Analytics from Clemson University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Management and Technology.
