Denise Ciccarelli

Denise Ciccarelli, CFRE, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Partnerships at Clemson University since April 2025. Prior to this, Denise held the position of Executive Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at the College of Charleston from November 2010 to April 2025, where responsibilities included developing corporate relationships and raising over $68 million in capital. Previous roles included Director of Development at the Medical University of South Carolina, where Denise raised over $26 million, and Director of Development at Crisis Ministries, with fundraising accomplishments exceeding $1.75 million. Denise's earlier career involved development roles at various organizations, including the South Carolina Aquarium and preservation-focused positions at multiple foundations. Educational qualifications include completion of the Management Development Program at Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from The University of Georgia.
