Emily Sidnam-Mauch serves as a Project Manager and Research Scientist for the Humans and Technology Laboratory (HATLab) at Clemson University since January 2021. Previously, Emily held roles as a Learning Experience Designer at Journeyage and a Ph.D. Candidate at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, where involvement included contributions as a Research Assistant in the Annenberg Networks Network (ANN) Research Group. Emily's earlier experience includes consulting in social media marketing, teaching as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University, and working as a Social Media Manager and Copywriter for Bamboo Creative, Inc. Emily holds a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts in Media, Technology & Society from Purdue University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Biola University.
