Emma Vosika

Emma Vosika, M.S. is currently an Organizational Development Intern at Lockheed Martin and serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Tri-County Technical College, teaching Organizational Psychology and General Psychology. In addition, Emma is the Graduate Instructor of Record at Clemson University for courses in Introduction to Industrial Psychology and Social Psychology. Previous experience includes roles in HR Strategic Planning & Performance at Tennessee Valley Authority, Talent Strategy at State Farm, Talent Acquisition at Unum, and Human Resources Generalist at Ear, Nose & Throat Institute. Emma is pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Clemson University and holds a Master's degree in the same field from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, along with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Management from Kennesaw State University.
