Jacob Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Jacob began their career as a Technician, providing IT support to home users and small businesses. Later, they co-founded a computer club and built PCs for underprivileged families. Jacob then worked as a Camp Hope Counselor at Clemson University, where they gained valuable experience working with mentally handicapped individuals.

Jacob Miller moved on to work at Adamant Technology, starting as an implementation consultant and progressing to Solution Architect. Jacob managed large deployment projects and performed system administration duties. Subsequently, they joined CHUNGDAHM Learning as a Senior Instructor, teaching logic, debate, and rhetorical skills in South Korea. During this time, they also traveled extensively in East Asia and the South Pacific.

Returning to the United States, Jacob Miller worked at Techtronic Industries (TTI) as an SAP Systems Manager and CRM & Marketing IT Manager. Jacob was responsible for developing a cloud strategy and implementing various SAP enterprise applications. Jacob then joined Clemson University, first as a COVID-19 OMS Solution Architect, streamlining processes for the COVID Operations team. Jacob later worked as a Senior Programmer IV in Public Safety, integrating systems and implementing an API management solution.

Currently, Jacob Miller is the Lead Application Support Engineer at Clemson University. Jacob leads a team supporting mission-critical applications such as Informatica, Docusign, and Tableau. The team provides dedicated support for these applications, ensuring their smooth functioning.

Jacob Miller received their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Emory University between 2000 and 2004. Jacob then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Western Governors University from 2017 to 2019. Before their university studies, Jacob attended D. W. Daniel High School from 1997 to 2000. In addition, they obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
