Derek T.

Derek T. is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in student recruitment, admissions, and program development. Currently serving as the Director of Engagement at the Coalition for College, Derek T. oversees member outreach, event planning, and collaboration initiatives to support college access. Prior roles include Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions at Caltech, where Derek T. implemented data-driven strategies for recruiting underrepresented student populations and managed campus events, as well as significant roles at Babson College, Vision Ivy, and The Princeton Review Korea. Derek T. earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from UCLA and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Harvard, complemented by a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from Hope College.
