Rhonda Shaner Ryals

Rhonda Shaner Ryals currently serves as the Director of Export Control and Research Security at Clemson University, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as an Export Compliance Associate at Georgia Institute of Technology from August 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities were focused on export compliance related to sponsored research activities. Rhonda holds an M.Ed. in College Student Affairs Administration from The University of Georgia and a BS in Psychology from James Madison University.
