Robin Tyndall

Robin Tyndall has a diverse and extensive work experience. Robin started their career in 1999 as an Operations Manager at International Business Machines (IBM), where they were responsible for customer relations and implemented efficient methods for product replacement and refunds. From 2005 to 2009, they worked at Lenovo as the Director of Quality Programs, where they played a key role in achieving ISO certification and improved hardware issue communications. At Soar! from 2009 to 2020, they served as the Owner, combining their passion for writing and business. Robin published short articles on quality and fiction and was a certified Technical Writer. From 2009 to 2020, they held various roles at Appalachian State University, including Director and Assistant Director of Research Protections, overseeing compliance and regulations for faculty and student research. Currently, Robin is the Director of Research Compliance at Clemson University, leading a team to support research integrity and world-class research.

Robin Tyndall has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Bioethics/Medical Ethics from Clarkson University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. They also hold a Mastery Certificate in Advanced Technical Writing from North Carolina State University, earned from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1990 to 1994.
