Jacob Fryer

Jacob Fryer, CPA, currently serves as the SEC Reporting Manager at Clene Nanomedicine since December 2020, where the individual has significantly enhanced the SEC reporting process and financial reporting accuracy through automation and the development of controls. Previously, Jacob Fryer worked at PwC from September 2016 to December 2020 as a Senior Associate, providing assurance services to clients in the Banking and Asset & Wealth Management sectors, and as an Assurance Associate for various industries including Mining and Consumer Products. Additional experience includes roles at Space Dynamics Laboratory and internships at PwC and Utah State University, covering financial reporting, audits, and research assistance. Jacob Fryer holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Utah State University, along with an Associate of Science from Dixie State College.
