Wendi Yahn

Wendi Yahn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract administration and legal support. Currently serving as a Sr. Contract Administrator at Clēnera Renewable Energy since June 2015, Wendi has facilitated numerous seller-side tax equity transactions and assisted with construction loan processes for solar projects. Previously, Wendi held a role as a Paralegal at Perkins Coie LLP, focusing on corporate governance and entity maintenance from March 2007 to March 2015. Prior experience includes positions as an Administrative Assistant II at the Idaho Commission of Pardons and Parole, a Senior Paralegal at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich (now DLA Piper), and service as a Radioman in the US Navy during Desert Storm. Wendi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University-Sacramento.
