Carlton Cozart

Carlton Cozart has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carlton started their career as the Supervisor of Logistics at Allegiance in 1993, where they stayed until 2000. After that, they joined CareFusion as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for overseeing client end-user training and coordinating interfaces development and testing. In 2011, Carlton moved to PhACTS as a Project Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating the installation and deployment of PHACTS solutions. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at iSirona, LLC, initially as a Project Manager and then as the Manager of Projects Department and Manager of PMO. In 2014, they joined NANTHEALTH as the Senior Management Service Operations, responsible for strategic planning and development of various departments. Then in 2015, Carlton founded their own consulting company called Velocity Integrated Solutions, LLC. In 2017, they joined Orion Health as an Account Executive, where they cultivated client partnerships and ensured successful customer outcomes. Lastly, as of December 2021, Carlton works at Cleo as the Director of Customer Engagement, managing client relationships and delivering strategies to meet their needs.
