Matei H. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 2014, they started their career as a Customer Care Specialist at CGS (Computer Generated Solutions), where they were responsible for customer support and tracking shipments. In 2016, they moved on to AMOMA.com, first working as a Junior Account Executive, where they established and integrated new accounts, and later as a Customer Care Advocate, solving issues and providing feedback on bookings. In 2021, they joined INOVEO Consultants as a Junior Web Developer, where they developed web applications using various programming languages. Later in the same year, they joined Deloitte Technology Romania as a ServiceNow Developer, specializing in developing and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications. Currently, Matei H. is working as an Integration Specialist at Clerk.io.

Matei H. started their education journey at the Britannica International School of Budapest from 2005 to 2012. After completing their high school diploma in Financial Mathematics and Business Administration at the Cambridge School of Bucharest from 2012 to 2013, they went on to pursue a degree in Business Administration and Management, General at the Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2013 to 2015. Matei then continued their studies at the same institution, specializing in Accounting and Finance from 2018 to 2022.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Matei has obtained two certifications. In March 2022, they became a Certified System Administrator through ServiceNow. Matei also holds an authorization as a translator and interpreter by the Ministry of Justice in Romania, which they obtained in October 2014.
