Emma Darby

Emma Darby has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Clermont Hotel Group since March 2008. In this role, Emma collaborates with support functions and senior management teams to enhance performance through effective people management. Prior to this, Emma worked as an HR Officer at D&D London from 2002 to 2008, where responsibilities included recruitment, training, and team development across multiple restaurant locations, particularly Bluebird in Chelsea and Plateau in Canary Wharf. Emma holds a BA HONS in Human Resource Management from Solent University, completed between 1997 and 2000, and attended Rochester Grammar School.
