Ian Winter

Ian Winter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ian has held various roles such as Member Board Of Trustees at Beaumont School in Hertfordshire since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Audit, Risk and Compliance at Clermont Hotel Group (formerly glh hotels) from 2015 onwards, overseeing the operation of over 4000 hotel rooms in London. Ian worked as the Director of Risk and Audit at Britvic PLC from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on risk management, staff development, and planning processes. Before that, they held multiple roles at Britvic Soft Drinks from 2010 to 2014, including Director of Financial Control - GB and Ireland and Financial Controller. Ian Winter has also gained experience at companies like Molson Coors Brewing (UK) Ltd, Shop Direct Group, Vion Food Group, GMPTE, Kwik Save Ltd, and Geest plc (now Bakkavor), where they held various auditing and management positions, demonstrating their ability to adapt to different environments and challenges.

Ian Winter attended the University of Nottingham from 1982 to 1985, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Industrial Economics. Following this, they enrolled in The University of Sheffield from 1995 to 1998, completing a part-time executive program to earn their Master of Business Administration degree.
