Tom Regec MIWFM has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Tom began their career at BOWREACH LIMITED in 2013 as an Electrical Engineer, where they worked until 2015. Tom then joined Accor as a Maintenance Engineer, and later progressed to the role of Maintenance Manager. In 2019, Tom moved to AccorInvest as a Multi Site Maintenance Manager. Tom recently held the position of Maintenance Manager at glh Hotels from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Engineer at Clermont Hotel Group.

Tom Regec MIWFM has a diverse education history in the field of Facilities Planning and Management and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Tom completed a diploma in Facilities Planning and Management at The Institute of Workplace Facilities Management in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Level 2 diploma in Electrical Installations at Able Skills Dartford in 2022. Additionally, Tom attended high school at the High School of Electrical Engineering from 2009 to 2013, focusing on Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
