Ryan Tlusty

Ryan’s extensive background spans more than 15 years of experience within Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the consumer-packaged goods space.

As Cleveland Avenue’s Vice President and Controller, Ryan is responsible for setting policy and procedure around the finance practices of the organization and its ventures. The establishment of these processes allows Cleveland Avenue to take a consistent, analytical approach when reviewing its financial health. He is also leading the financial planning and analysis effort across the Cleveland Avenue organization. Most recently Ryan served as Financial Controller of the organization for three years.

Prior to joining the CA family, Ryan was an integral member of the Finance teams at Tyson Foods and Smithfield Foods, respectively.

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration with a finance concentration from Dominican University.
