Joy Tapajcik

Joy Tapajcik has a strong background in various roles within the U.S. Navy, including serving as a Surface Warfare Officer on the USS Bainbridge. Joy later transitioned to intelligence roles within Naval Special Warfare and the U.S. Navy SEAL Teams. With experience as an Operations Officer at the Office of Naval Intelligence, Joy demonstrated skills in process improvement and communication. Currently, Joy holds a position within the Cleveland Browns, utilizing their expertise in player personnel and football operations.
