Kathleen Wood

Kathleen Wood is an experienced scouting and personnel assessment professional with a multifaceted career in football operations. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for Women in Leadership at Ashland University and holding a position with the Cleveland Browns since June 2020, Kathleen specializes in player assessment and development, demonstrating innovation and creativity in scouting. Previous roles include Southeast Regional Scout for the Reese's Senior Bowl and various scouting internships with the Philadelphia Eagles, Buffalo Bills, and Miami Dolphins. Kathleen also brings experience as a golf coach and was an equity partner at RAZZLE ENTERPRISES LIMITED, as well as President of Mid Atlantic Detective Bureau, Inc. Education includes studies at Drexel University and The Scouting Academy.
