Luis Vizcarrondo

Luis Vizcarrondo has extensive experience in customer service and security sectors, currently working as a Customer Service/Ticket Gate Agent at Delta Air Lines since October 2021. In parallel, Luis has served as a Security Officer at the Cleveland Browns Training Facility since May 2012. Prior experience includes roles as a Ramp Agent at Unifi and various positions at the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Correction, culminating in a retirement as Corrections Lieutenant after over three decades of service. Luis’s military experience includes serving as a First Lieutenant and Headquarters Company Commander in the Ohio Military Reserve. Additionally, administrative expertise is demonstrated through the role of Security Operations Manager at Tenable Protective Services. Academic qualifications include an Associate of Applied Science in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement and Corrections from Cuyahoga Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Bellevue University, completed in 2017.
