Tom Williams

Tom Williams is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support roles. Currently serving as a Field Engineer at ITPS since October 2018, Tom has also held positions as a Field Technician at LaneSystems Ltd and an IT Technician at Cleveland Cable Company since November 2017 and November 2015, respectively. Previous roles include Desktop Support Engineer at The Remark Group and Apprentice IT at Baltic Training, where Tom developed foundational skills in IT support. Tom began the career journey as an IT Technician at Avanta, working from June 2008 to July 2012. Tom's educational background includes attendance at The Norton School and The Norton School Humanities College, both from 2003 to 2008.
