Amy (Giannell) Armstrong has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and design. Amy has held various roles within the Cleveland Cavaliers organization, including Senior Manager, Retail Marketing and Retail Marketing Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for managing promotional and brand awareness campaigns for the Official Cleveland Cavaliers Team Shop, as well as other sports teams and events associated with the organization. Prior to their time with the Cleveland Cavaliers, Amy worked as a Freelance Designer, taking on projects such as designing mentoring programs and creating advertising videos. Amy also gained experience as a Graphic Design and Marketing Assistant at The Center for Learning. Earlier in their career, Amy worked at Best Buy and Laurello Vineyards, where they gained customer service and sales experience. Amy started their professional journey as the Co-Editor-In-Chief of the Athena Yearbook at Ohio University, where they developed themes and oversaw the design and layout of the publication. Amy's work experience demonstrates their expertise in retail marketing, graphic design, video production, and customer service.
