Benjamin Hengst has a diverse work experience in the field of video production and teaching. Benjamin is currently working as a Video Producer at Mazzella Companies, where they organize and schedules video shoots, interviews subject matter experts, edits video content, and creates graphics. Benjamin also works as a FieldHouse Creative Video Crewmember for the Cleveland Cavaliers and as a Gameday Video Production Crew member for the Cleveland Guardians.

Prior to their current roles, Benjamin worked as a Video Producer, Director, and Lead Actor at DaDa, where they coordinated and oversaw the production of educational episodes and commercials. Benjamin was responsible for developing episodic content and storylines, producing image panels, and directing video shoots.

Benjamin has also worked as a Career Advancement and Life Club Teacher at EF English First, where they created dynamic and personalized lessons and led group activities to engage students. Benjamin also worked as an International Teacher at the same company.

Earlier in their career, Benjamin worked as a Scoreboard Event Operator for the Cleveland Indians, where they managed digital content delivery systems and captured footage of games and events. In addition, Benjamin was a Team Member for the University of Akron School of Communications, where they contributed to the creation of an Emmy Nominated promotional/recruitment video.

Benjamin Hengst has a diverse educational background. Benjamin started their undergraduate studies in 2005 at The University of Akron, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Media Communications with a focus on Media Production. Benjamin also completed a minor in General Philosophy during their time at the university, graduating in 2010.

In 2011, Benjamin enrolled at the Ohio Center For Broadcasting for a short period of time to further their knowledge and skills in Broadcasting. Although they did not obtain a degree from this institution, it provided him with specific training in the broadcasting field.

In addition to their formal education, Benjamin has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they completed the Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from Foundation TEFL. The following year, in 2016, they obtained the Teaching Knowledge Test certification from Cambridge Assessment English.

Most recently, in January 2022, Benjamin attained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot Academy, further expanding their expertise in inbound marketing strategies.
