Eric Bofenkamp

Eric Bofenkamp, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Guest Experience for the Cleveland Cavaliers since September 2025. Prior experience includes notable roles as Director, Senior Manager, and Manager of Guest Experience with the Charlotte Hornets from October 2021 to September 2025. Eric's background encompasses guest relations at The Walt Disney Company and corporate sponsor gameday staff with Orlando City SC. An NCAA Division 1 student-athlete at Saint Francis University, Eric holds both a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from the same institution.
