Ryan O'Brien

Ryan O'Brien has extensive experience in the hospitality and gaming industry, currently serving as Director of Guest Experience, Director of Special Projects, Assistant General Manager, and Vice President of Operations at Grand Casino Mille Lacs & Hinckley since May 2020. Prior to this, Ryan held the position of Meshakwad Community Center Site Director with the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe from July 2018 to June 2020 and worked at Minnesota Limited as a General Laborer from September 2015 to September 2017. Ryan's career at Grand Casino Hinckley spanned from December 2012 to August 2015 as Director of Security and earlier roles included Security Shift Manager and Associate Director of Golf Operations. Ryan's educational background includes a Business Certificate and multiple Associate of Science degrees in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, and Marketing from Rasmussen University.
