Molly Roman

Molly Roman has a diverse range of work experience in the retail industry. Molly most recently served as an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator at the Cleveland Cavaliers starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Merchandise Coordinator at Arhaus from March 2021 to September 2022. Molly also held the position of Sales Lead at Janie and Jack from June 2020 to January 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Merchandise Coordinator at rue21 from February 2019 to May 2020 and as a Sales Lead at Altar'd State from July 2018 to February 2019. Molly began their career as a Sales Associate at Justice from May 2015 to January 2017. Additionally, Molly gained experience as a Merchandising Intern at the Cleveland Indians from February 2017 to October 2017.

Molly Roman attended Kent State University from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising. Additionally, from 2016 to 2018, they completed a minor in Marketing, focusing specifically on the field of study.
