Rob Demko

Rob Demko has over 20 years of experience in finance and treasury roles. Rob began their career at KeyBank in 2000, where they worked as a Treasury Management Advisor for 8 years. In 2008, they joined KeyBank Real Estate Capital as a Treasury Relationship Management. In 2009, they moved to Lake County Captains as the Director of Finance and Accounting Controller, a position they held for 7 years. In 2016, Rob joined the Cleveland Cavaliers as a Financial Analyst and quickly advanced to the role of Senior Financial Analyst. Currently, they serve as the Manager of FP&A and Treasury for the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Rob Demko earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Finance from the University of Mount Union, where they attended from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they obtained a certification in CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) from the Association for Financial Professionals in January 2008.
