Susan Oguche

Susan Oguche serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Communication Officer for the Cleveland Cavaliers since October 2022. As a Co-Founder and Board Member of Crown Elite Sports, Oguche promotes youth athlete potential through an international not-for-profit organization associated with the Nigerian Basketball Federation. Prior roles include Head of Global Communications for Nike Kids and Communications Director across various Nike divisions from January 2020 to October 2022. Oguche has also held senior communications positions at Sleep Number Corporation, Home Chef, Abbott, and Procter & Gamble, showcasing extensive expertise in corporate communications, media relations, and crisis management. Oguche's educational background includes degrees from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, Harvard Business School, and Alliance Manchester Business School.
