Heather Siekierko

Heather Siekierko is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in patient experience management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Patient Experience at Cleveland Clinic since March 2016, Heather has held various managerial roles focused on patient experience and clinic operations. Prior to this, Heather worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto from October 2010 to August 2015 as a Patient Navigator in General Internal Medicine, ensuring high standards of patient-centered care. Earlier career roles include Human Resources Assistant at Mount Sinai Hospital and managerial positions at Curves for Women. Heather holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from OCAD University.
