Kimberly Svoboda

Kimberly Svoboda currently serves as the Executive Director of Digital at Cleveland Clinic, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Kimberly held various leadership positions at The MetroHealth System from November 2009 to September 2024, including Executive Director of Clinical Performance Improvement, where responsibilities included clinical, operational, and financial transformation through Lean principles, and Executive Director of Ambulatory Operations, overseeing operations across more than 24 locations. Additional roles at MetroHealth included Director of Business Development and Integration and Director of Clinical Applications, managing clinical systems and strategic projects. Earlier career experiences include serving as Solutions Marketing Manager and Clinical Product Specialist at Surgical Information Systems, and as a Clinical Product Specialist at Mediware, where expertise in product development and system implementation was leveraged. Kimberly's academic background includes an M.B.A. from Cleveland State University and a BSN from The Ohio State University.
