Laura Manso has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present day. Laura started their career as a Project Manager at AIS in 1996, followed by a similar role at Sysdata from 1997 to 1999. In 2000, they joined Capgemini as a Manager and worked there until 2004. From 2004 onwards, Laura held various IT managerial positions in different organizations, including the Centre de Telecomunicacions i Tecnologies de la Informació (CTTI). Laura served as the IT Manager for the Department of Social Action and Citizenship from 2004 to 2008 and then for the Council of Audiovisual of Catalonia from 2008 to 2013. After that, they became the IT Manager of Workplace Solutions at CTTI, focusing on smart buildings, unified communications, and collaboration. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of IT Manager for the Secretary of Universities and Research until 2022. Currently, Laura is the Director of IT for the Department of Research and Universities at CTTI.
Laura Manso completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at EADA Business School from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in computer science, earning their engineer qualification from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya between 1983 and 1989.

El CTTI és l’empresa pública que integra tots els serveis informàtics i de telecomunicacions de la Generalitat de Catalunya, més enllà de proveir solucions transversals i adaptades als Departaments. Els seus objectius inclouen dissenyar, construir, coordinar i desplegar projectes tecnològics, fomentant i incorporant la innovació i la transformació digital. Actualment els Serveis TIC es desenvolupen amb un ecosistema de 4.500 persones (de les quals 270 són personal CTTI) i el pressupost és aproximadament de 600 milions d’euros.
