Mary Olah

Mary Olah, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as an HR Generalist II at Cleveland Clinic since September 2023. Prior to this role, Mary held multiple positions at The Welcome House, Inc., including Human Resources Director and HR Manager from November 2019 to September 2023. Experience also includes serving as a Human Resource Generalist at Health Aid of Ohio from September 2014 to November 2019, and as an Executive Assistant at Adventures in Northeast Ohio between 2006 and 2012. Earlier in the career, Mary worked as a Legal Secretary at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from March 1999 to June 2006. Mary is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Management and Leadership at Western Governors University, expected to graduate in May 2026, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Baldwin Wallace University and an Associate of Applied Business in Business Administration and Management from Cuyahoga Community College.
