Michael Dukles

Michael Dukles is a Systems Analyst II in the Digital Adoptions and Digital Centers of Excellence at Cleveland Clinic since October 2021. In addition, Michael serves as a board member-at-large for the Cleveland Pride Band, a concert and marching band for the LGBTQ+ community and allies, starting in July 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Information Technology Analyst and Interim Information Technology Manager at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine from December 2014 to October 2021. Earlier positions include Field Support Analyst at HCL Technologies, Information Technology System Administrator at Apollo Education Group, and Coordinator of Volunteers at The LGBT Community Center of Greater Cleveland. Michael holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and a Graduate Certificate in International Higher Education from Kent State University, along with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management Information Systems and Business Administration from The University of Akron.
