Patrick Kokoruda

Patrick Kokoruda, MHA, CCSL, currently serves as Vice President of Access Transformation at Cleveland Clinic, a position held since January 2025. Prior to this role, Patrick was Vice President of Clinical Access Management and Contact Center at Geisinger from September 2019 to January 2025, as well as Associate Vice President of Patient Contact Center. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director and Operations Manager at Children's Mercy Hospital, where responsibilities included overseeing a contact center handling over 2.2 million calls annually. Patrick also held roles as CC Operations Supervisor at both the American Academy of Family Physicians and Asurion. Educational qualifications include a Cerner Certificate in Healthcare Leadership from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, an MHA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Baker University.
