Paul Kuzmickas

Paul Kuzmickas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the legal field. Currently serving as the Director of the Ombudsman Office at Cleveland Clinic since January 2018, Paul manages a team of over thirty staff members dedicated to addressing patient grievances and concerns. In addition, Paul has been the Chief Legal Advisor for NextChapter since 2012, where efforts focus on transforming bankruptcy case management through innovative web applications. As an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cuyahoga Community College, Paul teaches subjects related to debtor/creditor law and social justice. Previously, Paul held the position of Managing Counsel at Luftman, Heck & Associates, overseeing diverse legal transactions and litigation. With a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Baldwin Wallace University, Paul combines legal expertise with a solid business background.
