Paula Griffin BSN, RN, CCM has extensive experience in case management and managed care, currently serving as Program Manager of Payor Operations at Cleveland Clinic since July 2019, where responsibilities include acting as the clinical expert in payor and transplant contract operations. Previously, Paula held the position of Project Manager at AGP Consulting while also leading as Case Management/Managed Care Director & CEO. Prior roles include Divisional Director of Case Management at CommuniCare Health Services and Case Manager at Kindred Healthcare. Paula's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from South University and an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Excelsior University, along with other qualifications from Cuyahoga Community College.
