Sydney Mack is an experienced professional with a background in administrative support and customer service. At Cleveland Clinic since August 2015, Sydney has held multiple roles including Grants & Contracts Analyst, Administrative Program Coordinator II, and Medical Secretary, managing physician schedules, handling patient service issues, and coordinating department meetings.
