Thomas Routhier

Thomas Routhier, PE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and engineering. Currently serving as a Process Architect / Engineer at Cleveland Clinic since August 2014, Thomas designs and enhances IT processes for clinical and business improvements while overseeing Service Operations functions. Previous roles at Cleveland Clinic included managing IT asset and configuration governance and serving as a lead system analyst. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic, Thomas dedicated 25 years to the U.S. Coast Guard, where responsibilities included commanding various units, overseeing IT service desk operations, and managing electronic systems among other engineering roles. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, along with advanced certification in Logistics & Technology.
