Zach Eisen

Zach Eisen is an experienced professional in the medical technology and investment sectors, currently serving as a Senior Principal at Cleveland Clinic Ventures since July 2017, after holding roles as Principal and Associate within the same organization. Prior to this, Zach worked as the Director of Development at Efferent Labs, Inc., contributing to the development of the CytoComm™ Living Biosensor System, an innovative real-time disease monitoring technology. Zach’s career also includes experience as an Analyst at Z80 Labs Technology Incubator, where the focus was on seed-stage investing in startups. Earlier, Zach gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan's Extracorporeal Life Support Research Laboratory, a leader in artificial organs for treating acute heart and lung failure. Zach holds a Bachelor's Degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan.
