Arthur F. Anton

Mr. Anton brings significant domestic and international manufacturing and distribution experience to the Board. Art has recently been the Chairman and CEO of Swagelok Company, a multi-$B international corporation, culminating a two-decade career starting as its CFO. Prior, Mr. Anton was a partner at Ernst & Young in various accounting and management positions. Mr. Anton gained significant financial expertise and extensive financial experience in a manufacturing and distribution setting through serving on the audit committee of various other public company boards, including Sherwin-Williams, Olympic Steel, and Diebold Nixdorf. Art is Chairman of the board of SunCoke a public energy company headquartered in Chicago. Art also serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of University Hospitals Health System – and chairs the Finance committee at the Rock&Roll Hall of Fame.
