Kimberly Cannella has a diverse work experience across multiple industries. Kimberly began their career in 2007 at JC PENNEY, where they worked in the Home Department and Children's department, assisting customers with inquiries, performing transactions, and managing stock. Kimberly later joined Applebee's in 2012 as a Server/Trainer, responsible for training and mentoring new and existing employees in various roles. Since 2013, they have been employed at Cleveland HeartLab, Inc., starting as a Customer Support Representative before moving up to the role of Client Services Supervisor. Currently, they serve as the Client Operations Manager, overseeing client operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
