Rachel Ader

Rachel Ader is an experienced music educator and community engagement professional with a diverse background in various roles within the arts and education sectors. Currently serving as a Vocal Music Department Paraprofessional at the Cleveland Heights-University Heights School District, Rachel focuses on planning and producing musical events while managing budgets for drama and vocal music programs. Previous experience includes internships with the Canton Symphony Orchestra and Berklee College of Music, where Rachel developed educational programming and supported resident services, respectively. Rachel has honed customer service skills through roles at AEG Presents and The Cleveland Orchestra, and has created impactful musical curriculums for middle school students at Shooting Without Bullets. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music and Psychology, Rachel's work reflects a commitment to fostering creativity and learning in various educational contexts.
