Barbara D. Richter

Barbara D. Richter is an advisor at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Barbara has also worked as the Pennsylvania Board of Trustees Chair and Founder of the PA state affiliate of NMWA at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Vice President, Board of Trustees, and Strategic Planning Chair at Ingenuity Fest, Director of Public Relations and Marketing at RWE Group, and Manager of Corporate Communications at BMW of North America, LLC.

Barbara D. Richter has a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Doctorate in Political Science from the University of Cologne, Germany. Barbara also has a Bachelor of Arts in Germanic Studies from Boston College.
