Richard Black

Richard Black, Jr. possesses extensive experience in special education, currently serving as an Intervention Specialist for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District since August 2013. Key responsibilities include working with special needs students to achieve IEP goals and enhance their understanding of English Language Arts and Mathematics. Additional roles within the district include long-term substitute teaching and various paraprofessional positions, where Richard supported students with behavioral challenges and academic needs.
