Dr. Nigamanth Sridhar serves as a professor of Computer Science in the Washkewicz College of Engineering at Cleveland State University. Over the last 17 years, he has taught courses and conducted research in a variety of areas involving computer science and software engineering. From 2017 to 2020, he served as the Dean of the College of Graduate Studies at CSU. In that role, he oversaw more than 70 graduate programs across all eight academic colleges, serving more than 4,000 students. He grew up in India and earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from BITS Pilani in India. He moved to the United States in 1999 to attend graduate school at Ohio State University, where he earned a master of science degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science.
