Nicole Burt

Nicole Burt, PhD, is a curator at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, where responsibilities include the creation of a gallery on Human Health and Evolutionary Medicine alongside ongoing research in stable isotopes and human health. Previously, Nicole served as a Postdoctoral Fellow in Human Health and Evolutionary Medicine at the same institution and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard University, focusing on stable isotope research in Human Evolutionary Biology. Earlier academic roles included teaching anthropology at the University of Alberta and Michigan State University. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biological Anthropology from the University of Alberta, an MS in Forensic Science from Michigan State University, and a BA in Anthropology from Beloit College.
