Rachel L. Fink

Rachel Fink is an experienced arts administrator currently serving as the Managing Director of Cleveland Play House since July 2023. Fink's prior roles include Executive Director at Lookingglass Theatre Company from February 2018 to July 2023, and Managing Director at Theatre Bay Area from February 2016 to February 2018. Fink also participated as a Fellow in the Civic Leadership Academy at the University of Chicago in early 2022, focusing on developing nonprofit and government leaders. Notable contributions include leadership positions at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, as well as participation as a panelist and board member in various theater organizations. Fink holds an MFA in Theater Management from Yale University and a BA in Theater Arts from Case Western Reserve University.
