James Ruddock Cmgr

James Ruddock CMgr is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and community service. Currently serving as Learner Services Manager at Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council since May 2024, James leads information, advice, and guidance services to support learners, while overseeing marketing and engagement initiatives. In addition, James holds the position of Chair Of Governors at The King's Academy and Chair of the Board of Trustees at Tees River Rescue. As a Special Chief Inspector and Citizens In Policing Coordinator with Cleveland Police, James manages volunteer programs across the force. Previously, James was Managing Director of Tees Business Solutions and held several roles at Stockton Riverside College, including Course Leader and Group Student Recruitment Manager. With a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Sunderland, James has a solid educational foundation to complement a diverse career focused on enhancing learning and community engagement.
